			About the gym. We began as a group of friends training together in 2003. As the group became larger more people heard what we was doing and wanted to train with us so we opened officialy as a martial arts school in 2004. We now offer classes in brazilian jiu jitsu, no gi submission fighting and kickboxing/mma. We also have a kids bjj class and a ladies only kickboxing/mma class. Anybody is welcome to come along and train with us, wether you are an experienced martial artist or a total novice, we can offer a class for you. Affiliation to Alliance World Champion Training Academy, Atlanta USA Our Gym is proud to be associated with the Alliance World Training Academy based in Atlanta USA, which is headed by Romero "Jacare" Cavalcanti, 6th Degree Black Belt. Alliance are famous for producing jiu jitsu world champions, and have won the 2008 & 2009 'Team Championships' at the Mundials (World Championships)
