Lee Bown - Head instructor Riddings martial arts centre / Alliance UK.

Lee began training in judo at the age of 10, and has sucessfuly represented Derbyshire in both amateur boxing and kickboxing competitions.

Other arts studied include Kung Fu/JKD and Muay Thai.

Lee currently trains in judo under Mark Bywater and holds a brown belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu under Romero 'Jacare' Cavalcanti (pictured).

Mark Bywater - Judo / grappling instructor.

Mark is a 3rd dan black belt in judo with over 30 years experiance.

He was also a 3x international and was ranked no 1 in the UK.

As well as coaching at the gym, Mark also trains in Brazilian jiu jitsu and mma.

Guy 'Homer' Farley - Kids Instructor / assistant adults coach.

Guy has been training with us for over 6 years. He trains in boxing, mma and holds a blue belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu.
